I’ve never believed in Amazon’s tablet. Not just because it’s Android (yes, I’m a bit biased).
Amazon makes great readers. All the other fields are new for Amazon’s devices - and that includes web browsing, music, videos etc. Apple had the privilege to make the first world-wide accepted tablet device and now every other maker needs to compare its products with iPad. Tough break.
If it wasn’t for the iPad Kindle Fire’s reviews would have been much better. But people expect better.
Even though I already own Kindle (3rd generation) and I enjoy every little bit of it I can’t see myself buying Amazon’s tablet.
